At Va Va Va Voom! Our customers are very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, or if you experience any defects with our products, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make your order right. Our goal is customer satisfaction and to have a pleasant shopping experience.

When will my order arrive?
We ship our orders using the first class US Postal Service ground. Your order should arrive within 3 - 7 business days after the product leaves our premises. Express delivery is available for some items if the order is received before 10am. A special handling fee and delivery fee will apply.
Do you have an actual store I can shop?
Va Va Va Voom does not have a physical store. Our products are available through our on-line catalog. Because of this, we are able to bring you great prices and offers. Throughout the year we travel to plus size events all over the United States. Please visit our events section to find out where we will attend next. Additionally, we do not publish a paper catalog of our products.
How do we handle a return or an exchange?
We will accept returns on un-worn, resalable clothing with the tags intact for a full refund if you contact us 14 days after the item was shipped. Items that are over 14 days, are not resalable but not defective, worn or have had the tags altered will be accepted only on prior approval from us and only for the current online catalog price or the lowest sale price. Defective items are subject to a full refund if we are contacted for a return up to 14 days.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping costs for returns. Exchanges are treated the same as a return. Exchange items will not be shipped until we receive the returned item.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We normally ship to United States and Canadian addresses. Orders placed from other countries require special shipping and handling costs. If you are placing your order from countries other than the United States or Canada, Please contact us at customercare@vavoomclothing.com before placing your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master card and Discover. We also accept personal checks if the order is being shipped to the address printed on the personal check. A hold will be placed on the check for up to 7 days to allow for check clearance. A $35.00 fee will be applied for all returned checks. To avoid additional fees, we recommend you use our electronic payment system on this site. There is no charge to use this service, however sales tax will apply where applicable. California residents will be charged an 8% tax on all purchases. Canadian orders are subject to federal and provincial taxes.
